Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must include the original packaging and order receipt or proof of purchase.

Final sale items, limited-edition drops, or custom orders are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at fidelityclo.hq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at fidelityclo.hq@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
