At FIDELITY, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns must include the original packaging and order receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Final sale items, limited-edition drops, or custom orders are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at fidelityclo.hq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at fidelityclo.hq@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
